Note: Seems that the T48 & TL-866 programmers do not work properly with most 2716 devices, to read a 2716 in these devices use '28C16' to write use a different programmer. For example the GQ-4X can successfully write 2716s. Hopefully the T48 & TL-866 will be fixed at some point with an update.
